1) Have jewelry to go with wedding dress
2) Have shoes to go with dress
3) Have Bridesmaid dress and shoes, no jewelry yet though.
4) We have a time of day (11am)
5) We have a menu for the reception lunch (Starting at 2 pm sharp, so we cannot be late!)
6) We talked to the celebrant, and are currently writing the ceremony to suit what we want
7) We've decided on the materials the invites will be constructed out of (sounds complicated, but it isn't really otherwise I couldn't do it :-p)
8) Have planned out a basic invite layout, all we need are some additional details before they can be printed
9) Have the guest list written - sorted by my family, Mark's faily, our friends who are in the country, and our friends who aren't in the country
10) Have talked my aunt into giving us the flowers as a wedding present, trying to get purple Calla lillies, white and purple lisianthus and white calla lillies. I'll have the dark lillies (to contrast against the white, while my bridesmaid will have white to contrast against the dark blue/green of her dress)
11) Have decided I will have a veil, but not over my face, instead it will cascade down my back
12) Have my something old, and something new, still not sure about something borrowed or something blue however
13) The photographer is sorted, and we're getting the photos as a wedding present
14) We decided to get some film footage done, of the bride and groom seperately each morning then footage of the ceremony so we can share the day with those who can't be there.
And that's about it. We still have to make the invites, organise transportation, get jewelry for my bridesmaid and get Mark's ass into gear about getting a new shirt, his jacket tailored, new shoes and waistcoat hire. Otherwise we're pretty organised.
